The Dubai Aquarium, the world’s largest suspended aquarium, comprises two sections, one is the Aquarium, housing thousands of aquatic animals in a 10-million-liter tank, and the other is the Underwater Zoo offering a glimpse into various aquatic environments.

There are numerous ways for visitors to experience the main Aquarium tank which measures 51 meters in length, 11 meters in height, 20 meters in width, and is one of the largest suspended aquariums on the planet. It is home to 140 different types of sea life and provides many amazing opportunities to explore the underwater environment.

How do you get to Dubai Aquarium?
The Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo are both located in Dubai Mall. Visitors inside the mall can see the incredible range of marine life within the great main tank but the zoo component remains out of sight, for ticket-holders only.
How much does it cost to go to the Dubai Aquarium?
At the Dubai Aquarium, visitors can expect a variety of different experiences, and the cost varies depending on which experience they choose. Tickets begin at AED199, with different add-ons and premium packages available. Each guest pays AED299 for the Ultimate Experience.
How long does a visit to the Dubai Aquarium take?
It takes approximately 15-30 minutes to visit the Aquarium Tunnel alone. The Underwater Zoo takes about one to one and a half hours to explore, but this time can be extended if you wish to see the daily programs. If you book the Glass Bottom Boat ride, you will spend an additional 15-20 minutes in the Aquarium and Underwater Zoo.
Is the Dubai Aquarium free?
The aquarium is free to observe from within Dubai Mall. However, to get up close and personal with underwater creatures, you will need to choose from all of the options on hand.
How many fish are there in the aquarium at the Dubai Mall?
The Dubai Mall aquarium has over 33,000 aquatic animals in its 10 million-litre tanks, including the largest collection of sand tiger sharks. The main tank is 51 meters long, 20 meters wide, and 11 meters high.
