Penguin Encounter

• Children must be age of 2 years or above.
• The age below 2 years is not permitted for attractions.
• Wheelchair or stroller is not accessible.
• Before the scheduled time, visitors should arrive within 15 minutes.
• An adult must accompany children under 15 years of age.

Ray Encounter

• The minimum height prerequisite is 140 cm.
• The height of adults and children should be above 140 cm.
• Below 2 years of age will not be applicable.
• Guests must be fit to ascend and descend stairs to access the ray feeding platform.

King Crocs Encounter

• Adults and Children must have a height of above 120 cm.
• Ride-on attractions are strictly prohibited for pregnant guests.
• The below 2 years of age are not allowed
• Guests must be physically fit to access the Crocodile habitat portion of the Experience.

Otter Encounter
