2. Download the YA’S theme park BROCHURE and fill it out. You can get all the relevant services and facilities in one place.
3. You have to provide the information of the celebrant’s full name, date of party, gender, email, time for table reservation for lunch, special dietary requirements, age range of guests, number of guests, contact name and number, etc.
4. Place your birthday deal offer and visit the park at the scheduled time and date.

Things to Note

Before the event date, the birthday package confirmation & Payment will require at least five (5) days’ notice. On these events, the park operates ladies-only events in which only females and boys aged 8 or below can enter the park. By adding the additional items, you may customize the birthday package but the inclusions cannot be modified or removed

• Tickets cannot be refunded or transferred, except as explained in the Cancellation Policy.

• If you want more tickets at the Leisure Facility, you must buy them at the ticket counter.

• Bookings made less than 30 days before the Event Date require full payment upon signing the Proposal.

Cancellation Policy

Here are a few steps of the cancellation policy:

• To cancel the package deal, you can contact the staff on the website.
• If you are canceling any deal, you must pay a fee for it.
• If cancelation is made 31 or more days before, 10% of the Event fee will be charged.
• If cancelation is made 15-30 days before, then 50% of the Event fee will be charged.
• If cancelation is made 7-14 days before, 75% of the Event fee will be charged.
• Within 7 days of the event cancellation, 100% of the payment will be charged.
