Murjan Splash Park Rules and Safety Policies

All parents and guardians must read the sign boards and explain to their children all the rules and regulations. For their safety take an eye on them all over the time and don’t let them violate any rule. The following rules are a condition of entry at Murjan Splash Park:

1. The entrance fee to get the asses to the entrance in the park for adults and kids is AED 70.
2. The kids of the age of 2 years old or 0.75 meters and below can get free entry into the park without any cost.
3. If your kids are under the age of 13 years, they must be accompanied by an adult.  If no adult guardian is with you cannot get the asses of entry in the park.
4.  Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times, especially during performing any sort of water activity. Any kind of street clothing or underwear is not allowed.  All adults need to wear a rash guard or T-shirt, and ladies need to wear swim shorts or leggings.
5. Kids of diaper age need to wear Waterproof diapers. It is compulsory to wear it while doing pool activities. Regular diapers are not permitted in any of all pools or attractions.  Waterproof Diapers are available in the retail outlet of Murjan Splash Park.
6. To keep your all belongings and accessories safe rental locker is available for your convenience. The price of the locker may vary according to the size of the locker. Try to not leave valuables unattended.
7. Keep your all belongings under your take care. Murjan Splash Park does not accept any responsibility for your loss or damage to personal items.
8. Outside Food & Beverages or any glass items are strictly not allowed to be brought inside the park. You can deposit your food items at the Murjan entrance at the time of park entry and can only collect them when go home.
9. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside Murjan Splash Park.
10. It is important to maintain the discipline of the park. Fighting or the use of abusive language is strictly prohibited in the park. The park management reserves the right to go back from the park in case of such an unethical situation.
11. Running or diving is not allowed. Take care of yourself and all other surrounding people.
12. No unruly behavior or Horseplay is allowed in the park. Discipline should be your first priority.
13. If you are in a queue patiently wait for your turn. Queue Jumping is not allowed.
14. Learn to swim first before swimming in the pool. It is important for your safety. Keep your children away from any pool activity.
15. Provide close constant supervision all the time to your kids, especially in the time when they are involved in any riding activity.
16. Wear a life jacket to all kids before entering in pool.
17. Read all posted signs before starting any ride. Read carefully all the safety measures and embed them according to the rules of safety.
18. Never swim alone or in unsupervised places.
19. Don’t drink alcohol in the park.

Entry Requirements and Swimwear Guidelines for Murjan Splash Park

The following are the entry requirements for Murjan Splash Park:

Age and Height Restrictions

To participate in different activities the riders must be a minimum of 7 years old and at least 122 cm in length.

Supervision of Children

Murjan Splash Park does not provide supervision for children during the whole visit. If the guests are children between 7 and 9 years of age they must be accompanied and supervised by a paying adult. There should be a maximum of 3 children to one adult. If you want to take part in any activity the riders must be aged 10-17 years. If your age is 17 you can take part in the activity without a parent/ guardian in the park.

Swimming Ability

If you or your kids want to participate in swimming activities, they should be competent swimmers. For kids, the attendant or guide must be with them all the time. If the height of the swimmers is up to 25 meters, they can swim unassisted.

Medical Restrictions

All the visitors must know their medical state. If you have any problems like dislocations and heart conditions try to avoid using the daring attractions. If you get involved in it, it will lead to serious problems in the form of accidents that could result in injury to themselves or others. All the activities are not suitable for pregnant women.

Fitness

Riders must be fit enough to pull themselves out of the water or for swimming. Swimming may be quite tiring and requires a reasonable level of fitness.

Nature of the Activity

By seeing the nature of the activity all the riders can slip, slide, and fall onto the inflatable equipment and in the water.  Must wear all the safety gadgets for your life safety. In order to participate, you need to be comfortable doing this.

Swimwear Guidelines

Appropriate swimwear includes the following: swimming trunks, swimming shorts (including knee-length shorts e.g. board shorts), bikinis, tankinis, burkinis, swimming costumes, swim dresses, and Hijoods (or other similar swimwear). Under certain circumstances at the discretion of the Waterpark Supervisor, fitting plain t-shirts may also be worn.

The inappropriate swim dress code includes the following: Underwear, transparent costumes or thongs (or anything with obscene or offensive pictures or slogans), denim sporting wear, cotton leggings/leotards, baggy t-shirts, long flowing clothes, swim dresses with protruding designs or accessories that could be abrasive to slides and attractions or other swimmers. Your swim dress should not contain of pins, rivets, buckles, zippers, buttons, etc. Long necklaces, chains, and jewelry. If it has any of these then it should also be removed. Murjan Splash Park reserves the right to determine whether or not swimwear is appropriate. Regular nappies are not allowed in any pool. Visitors who do not wear suitable attire will be asked to change.
